Yuzhu Peak: Qinghai's Most Accessible 6,000-Meter Mountain 玉珠峰 (a)
Yuzhu Peak is the highest peak in the eastern Kunlun Mountains at 6,178m, about 160km south of Golmud in Qinghai. Its 5,000m base camp is vehicle-accessible, making it China’s most accessible high-altitude climb. From May to October, it attracts many climbers seeking a relatively easy 6,000m summit.
玉珠峰海拔6178米，是昆仑山东段的最高峰，位于青海省格尔木市以南160公里的昆仑山口附近。这座山峰为中国登山者提供了最易接近的高海拔攀登体验之一。玉珠峰的大本营位于海拔5000米高度，可以直接开车到达，接近性非常好，为登山者提供了极大的便利。每年5月到10月，这座山峰都会吸引众多寻求相对容易登顶6000米级山峰的登山爱好者。
