Muztagh Ata 慕士塔格峰 7546m (a)
Mount Muztagh Ata is the third highest peak in the Western Kunlun Mountains at 7,546m, straddling the border between Akto County and Taxkorgan Tajik Autonomous County in Xinjiang, offering one of the world’s most accessible high-altitude climbs.
慕士塔格峰是西昆仑山脉第三高峰，海拔7546米。这座雄伟的山峰位于新疆阿克陶县与塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县的交界处，为登山者提供了世界上最易接近的高海拔攀登体验之一。
This eight-day expedition from July 1st to 8th followed a planned acclimatization and ascent schedule:

July 1st: Trek from Highway 314 to Base Camp (4,400m elevation)

July 2nd: Glacier hiking near Base Camp for acclimatization

July 3rd: Ascent from Base Camp to Advanced Base Camp (5,200m) and return

July 4th: Rest day at Base Camp for recovery and preparation

July 5th: Base Camp → Camp 1 (5,600m elevation)

July 6th: Camp 1 → Camp 2 (6,200m elevation)

July 7th: Camp 2 → Camp 3 (6,900m elevation)

July 8th: Camp 3 → Summit (7,546m) → Return to Base Camp → Vehicle transport back to Kashgar city (1,300m elevation)
